Request Account Deletion
At HypnoVibes, we value your privacy and your right to control your data. You can delete your account and associated data directly from the mobile app, or submit a deletion request to our support team.
Option 1 · Instant
Delete via the app
- Open the HypnoVibes app.
- Navigate to My Space from the navigation menu.
- Tap the Settings gear icon.
- Select “Delete Account Permanently”.
- Confirm your choice.
Important: Deletion from the app is immediate and cannot be undone.
Option 2 · Web request
Request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account from within it, send a deletion request to our support team.
- Email: info@hypnovibes.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Message: Include the email address or username associated with your account so we can locate it and process the deletion request.
What is deleted?
Once a deletion request is processed, account-related data is deleted, including authentication data, account-linked usage history, saved preferences, and other data associated with the account.
The account and deleted data cannot be restored after deletion is completed.
